6 Month Portrait Bliss | Clarksville TN Baby Photographer

Recently I had the privilege of photographing one of my "first year" babies. We have a package that encompasses the entire first year milestones in photographs and this precious one is one of my favorites! She came in for her 6 month baby portrait session and I can't believe how much she has changed in only 3 months!! She is super sweet and just so adorable!

I have been waiting for this session! I just love this pretty little baby girl! I have been photographing her since she was in her momma's tummy and She is so much fun to photograph! She is here to debut our newest addition to our hat collection here at Classic Creations! I love this hat and when you pair it with pearls it makes for some very precious pearls! We also did some spring pictures so they would be up on her walls in plenty of time for spring! It was interesting doing a spring theme while it is practically snowing outside but it was fun!

Welcome Newborn !! | Clarksville TN Newborn and Baby Photographer

This morning I had the great pleasure of meeting and photographing this precious little newborn baby girl! It was a last minute session so I didn't have a lot of pre-planning time but her sweetness made up for it all and we got a whole lot of great shots. I just LOVE newborn sessions! Hope you enjoy the sneak peek Mr and Mrs "M". I really enjoyed meeting all of you today!

Who can resist babies in angel wings!

Momma and Dad are both military so we incorporated some things into the session including their dog tags. It took a while to get baby "M" to keep her feet still but we finally got the image I was looking for.

This past fall when the leaves changed, I took my kids out for their yearly photo session. My poor children got so tired of me constantly taking their pictures for assignments that now I can pretty much only get them to do it once a year for the most part. I just wanted to share some images from the session. Here are my kids:

LIke Mother, Like Daughter - Mother Daughter Portrait Session |Clarksville TN Family Portrait Photographer

    Last weekend I got to photograph a Mother-Daughter session. One thing I love about family sesions, especially parent-child sessions is the interaction and emotional connection that is present. There is a special bond between a parent and a child that brings emotion and expression to a portrait that you cannot find anywhere else. Mother-Daughter sessions are a great way to capture and preserve those bonds for all time. Mother daughter sessions as well as parent-Child sessions make great gifts for grandparents or for Father's day or Mothers day.

     This session was particularly meaningful. Mrs. "F" wanted to have some special portraits that her daughter would be able to look back on 20 years from now and remember their relationship and bond. She understands the value and importance of a portrait. Portraits are the avenue through which we have emotion and memory preserved for a lifetime. As you look at a portrait the emotion of the moment and the relationship you have with that person comes back in a way that is more powerful than just a vague memory on it's own. When Mrs. "F"s daughter is grown and has children of her own, she can look at these portraits and always feel the bond she has with her mother.
