 The rumors are true. We now have a free app for your Android, iPhone or iPad!!

 I am so excited about this! In our app you can scroll through the slides to see any announcements, upcoming events, specials, etc. You can also contact us via email or phone. You can get to our website and Facebook page as well as view my portfolio.
 If you have an active proofing gallery you can access and even share it right from your phone as well as mark your favorites.

 How convenient and what an easy way to show off your pictures at work and to your friends! Photo galleries will also be available with some of our print packages and mini sessions. These will not have watermarks across them like our proofing galleries. They will have a small logo in the corner and these will be perfect for saving as screensavers!

To get the app scan the code to the left with your smartphone or download the app called My Proofs in your app market.

Brotherly Love | Clarksville TN Baby and Family Photographer

I am in love with these images! I love my kids to pieces but have the hardest time getting them to take pictures. I think they got burnt out when I would make them pose for my school assignments. So when My 9 year old Johnny actually wanted to take pictures with his baby brother I jumped at the chance!

 Usually Johnny like to make faces and act goofy when I try to take his picture. I am so glad he cooperated and I got some great images that I can cherish forever of my two youngest children. Johnny just loves his baby brother and he enjoys being a BIG brother finally and I am so glad I now have images that capture their relationship!

  These pictures just make my heart happy....now if I could just get the teenagers to cooperate....but that's another story. For now I will just enjoy these moments captured in these images....now the hard part is deciding which ones to put on the wall and how big!

Well I am making the switch over from continuous light to strobes as far as studio lighting goes. I tested out my new light on my baby boy the other day and I have to say that not only am I in love with the new light but I am SOO in love with these images of my baby! I just wanted to share :)

 The Santa minis are Nov 3rd and 4th from 12-4. Sessions will be in-studio this year! the session is 20 minutes and I have two packages

$50: one 8x10, two 5x7 and 8 wallets or

$80: CD with 5 images and print release and 1

5 4x8 photo Christmas cards.

There is a $10 non refundable session fee of $10 due at booking to reserve a spot. 

 

 The photo cards can be upgraded to the nicer custom press cards or boutique cards for an additional fee.

What To Wear Guide Series

I am so excited to announce our new what to wear series we will now be featuring here on the blog. Every month about mid-month, we will post a what to wear guide with wardrobe inspirations for the current season. I hope this helps and inspires you for your next portrait session! 

What To Wear?

What should I wear to my portrait session? I hear that a lot.
 A wardrobe can really add to or take away from the images created in your session. It is one of the biggest dilemmas, especially for every mom, as she is figuring out what everyone should wear in their pictures.

 Well it used to be easy. Everyone in black or white tops and matching blue jeans...well times are changing and so it is in photography wardrobe as well. Photographers used to say "plain bright colors, no white, no patterns, etc, etc". Portrait wardrobe is evolving. Patterns are welcome and bring interest to the images when done properly. Of course we don't want too many varying patterns that clash but a couple different patterns in the same color family or complimentary color family will work well. Color, pattern and style of clothing are all factors and can change the feel and mood of the images created. Sometimes a whole photo session theme and prop inspiration can revolve around a certain outfit or clothing style.

At Classic Creations we now offer the choice to have a pre-session consult free of charge. This is where we can talk about the session, ideas and clothing options to make sure everything will come together perfectly at your session to help create beautiful and treasured images for your family. This consult can be done in person or via phone if needed.
