A Very Adventurous Triplet Session | Clarksville, TN Multiples Triplets Baby Photographer

These three cuties really like to make me work. They are almost two and so full of energy! Just like any other two year old they were curious, active and full of wonder and curiosity. They also had their own plans for their session just like any other two year old would. The difference? ...there are three! So we had three very unique and different toddler personalities to work with which made for a great challenge. I think we did pretty good. I will say that despite the challenges they were so fun and wonderful to play with! I am quite sure momma never has a dull moment with these three!

Sweet Baby Boy Fun! |Clarksville TN baby photographer

Well I am making the switch over from continuous light to strobes as far as studio lighting goes. I tested out my new light on my baby boy the other day and I have to say that not only am I in love with the new light but I am SOO in love with these images of my baby! I just wanted to share :)

Maternity Art | Clarksville, TN Maternity and Newborn Photographer

I just shared these on Facebook and I wanted to share them here as well. I did some maternity photos for my friend and owner of Amy's Silly Goose Creations. We were out in the middle of this beautiful flower field and I experimented with some silhouette shots as the sun was getting low. I am really pleased with how they came out! Enjoy!

This last one is my favorite! Her daughter came running up to her and felt her belly! all day we were trying to get her to do that and of course she firmly said "no" as all 2 year olds would say when asked to do something. Once we were only taking mommy's pictures she suddenly wanted to cooperate. Ha ha! I just love kids!

This was such a special session for me. I have been photographing this family since baby girl was growing in mommas tummy. Right after her first birthday pictures they moved out of state. Momma and baby girl came to clarksville for a visit and while they were here I got to do some mother daughter portraits with them! I was so excited to see them again and to take their pictures too! We stopped in a flower field for a few shots and then moved on the the main spot. Baby girl was definitely a tough cookie! She made us really work and wasn't sure she liked a camera pointed at her  but I think we got some really good images. 

This was how she put baby to sleep. Ha ha!

This one I thought was so adorable! These images just go so well together I couldn't bear to separate them. <3 <3

Backyard Fun: A 1 Year/Cake Smash Session | Clarksville, TN baby photographer

I just love this little guy! I had so much fun! I love when little ones have lots of expression on their faces! It makes for so many great shots! I just wanted to share a few from his 1 year session and cake smash. Thank you momma for bringing this little prince over to play :)

9 Month Portrait Fun!

It has been a while since I blogged. There has been so much going on! I have been really enjoying the spring sessions we have been doing recently, not to mention the live bunny sessions! Here is a peek at a really fun 9 month old session. She is one of my favorite little girls. I have been photographing her since birth and she just gets more fun each time!

I had so much fun with this adorable baby girl! I first met her this past December at our annual Santa Sessions and she was not too fond of sitting on Santa's lap. This time though she was all smiles! She had so much fun at her 6 month session and so did mom and I! This is such a fun age to photograph.

Oh the Sweetness of a Sleeping Baby | Clarksville TN Newborn and Baby Photographer

I just love sleeping babies! There is nothing like it. They just look so sweet and peaceful!

Staring into an image of a sleeping baby is very soothing...here is an image I captured today of my little one while he napped.

The only light used was the soft, yummy window light spilling in from across the room. No reflector, no studio light, no flash. 

I just wanted to share these with you and hope that maybe you will be inspired to capture one of the sweetest moments there is of your own children. A sleeping moment. It is moments like these that go so quickly and we will never have them back again...except in images.
