Although I have been enjoying the many newborn baby boys that have been coming to the studio, I have also had the blessing to enjoy the presence of some sweet baby girls as well...well two baby girls recently. 

There is just something about an image of a sweet sleeping baby that just makes you feel all warm and snuggly inside! I absolutely love working with babies. I wanted to share a few images from these two girl sessions.

Lately I have been blessed with an abundance of newborns in the studio. I just absolutely LOVE newborn babies! They are my favorite sessions to do! I just wanted to share a few images from a couple of recent newborn sessions. It is best to get your newborn in for their first pictures within the first week if possible but newborn pictures can be done up to 4 weeks.Newborns change so quickly and the sooner they come in for their session the easier it is to get those super cute poses. Babies stay curled up and are more flexible and sleep well during that first week of life. After that they start ":unfolding" which brings more of a challenge to photographing them but is definitely still do-able. Email me if interested in booking a session: kristina@kristinawhite.com

Newborn Love | Clarksville tn newborn and baby photographer

I love newborn sessions! This particular session was special to me though. Momma had contacted me about doing this session which was originally planned for January. She was due around the same time as I was(literally within a couple days) so we were going to work around both births. Well my baby came 4 weeks early....and so did hers! This sweet baby girl was born one day after my son was born! We were Facebook-ing each other while in the hospital! I had such a wonderful time with her during the session and big (2yr old) brother wanted to help out so bad and wanted to keep an eye on what I was doing with his baby sister to make sure she was ok. It was so cute!

Yesterday I did a family session and one of the newest members of the family was this precious 3 week old newborn baby girl. As I was loading the pictures into my computer I just couldn't help but to share a couple of her special and sweet images! I so love newborn sessions! This little guy was only 4 days old and oh so tiny! He only weighed 5lbs, 12oz at birth! He was definitely adorable and so sweet. He wanted to stay awake though. He really made us work to get a few sleeping shots. Even though he did not want to sleep and loved putting his hands in front of his face just as I went to take a picture, we got a lot of really great images! I just had to share a sneak peek from this session today.
